Those who know me well already know how I have resisted all attempts at making my websites 'pay-per-view', which some others have been doing for years; I have even resisted the use of advertising on the site. My research over the past decade has never been supported by grants, wealthy donors, corporations, or sponsors. The money has come from selling my home and carefully spending a lifetime of accumulated savings. In one sense it has given me the freedom to speak my truth and report what I have experienced, free from censorship and orthodox views; on the other hand it has limited my ability to maintain a living.
